L.Placebo was a French, Egyptian, Croatian, Hungarian & German Music Project active from 1992-1996, fronted by Singer & Songwriter Ziad Ragheb.
The Band was founded in Nice, France by Ziad Ragheb aka Ziad Diaz (Vocals & Guitar),Roland Vušković aka Terry Adria (Drums), Balu Kiss (Keyboards), Attila Kiss(Harps & Percussion) & Florian Riedl(Saxophone).
L. Placebo incorporates an incredible mix of musical styles such as, Hip
Hop, Acid Jazz, Soul, Reggae, Ska, Latin, Blues, French Chanson,
Rockabilly & Experimental Rock.
The songs are mostly in English & French and feature some guest singers &
musicians such as Soul Singer Freda Goodlett (USA & Switzerland).
L. Placebo's band-setup included a Brass Section (Saxophone, Trumpet &
Trombone) as well as guest musicians like Norman Thelen (USA & Germany)
on guitar.
